The project is funded by the World Bank and EBML, and includes a refinery in Al Wardaniyah for 250,000 cubic meter of water per day. The project also includes the construction of tanks and pumping stations within the Metn Coastal region, with the networks belonging to it, including: Al-Amariya - Dekwaneh - Cap-sur-Ville - Mansourieh; as well as in the Baabda region: Kfarshima - Choueifat - Naameh and others.
