A word from our charmain
Engineer Jean Gebran

“Water is life, and life is for all people”

“Rationalization of use is a priority”

We at EBML work to serve the citizens who are subscribed with us to deliver water to their homes with the required quantity and good specifications according to international standards.

We believe that good, professional and transparent management is able to make EBML one of the most important national and international establishments through an exemplary service performed by a clean and efficient employee for a committed and confident participant in obtaining his right to water without favor from anyone.

Achieving our goal requires continuous communication between the subscribers and the establishment for clarification or complaint, while emphasizing the permanent readiness to provide answers, achieve the required reforms, and provide the service throughout the week, based on our conviction that the need for water cannot be postponed regardless of the situation.

We are also working on implementing a five-year plan that extends to the year 2025 and realizes 24/24 water insurance and its following pillar: completion of Jannah dam, initial water drawing, desalination plants number 2 in Choueifat and Burj al-Barajneh, completion of renewal and rehabilitation of water networks, completion of building reservoirs according to the required system, and installing smart meters.

Our work takes from the generosity and bounties of nature, which causes us to repeat the importance of not wasting these resources, and making the rationalization of their usage a priority for subscribers, including the water they might need in times of drought and for future generations.

We have culture and responsibility in our work. The priorities that we seek lie in the following:

  • Lifting the cap on the offenders without taking into consideration the support contacts that we may receive.
  • Assigning an office to study and evaluate the institution's employees and workers, to standardize the salary standard based on their work, experience, and certifications
  • Controlling working hours by fingerprinting
  • Proving to subscribers that the employee and worker are always in service, there is no need for illegal methods to obtain the right to water
  • Providing water equally to all regions, reflecting the firm belief that water is a blessing that everyone deserves
  • Delivering potable water to all subscribers
  • Renewing all old networks and monitoring water resources to preserve water quality and not waste it on the roads
  • Increasing returns by activating collection and sending alerts to subscribers to pay dues
  • Standardizing the uniforms of EBML’s inspectors in all regions
  • Restricting Total oil purchases in the company by a magnetic card
  • Achieving centralization of the decision to control the mechanism of work in the establishment and activating censorship
