The Procurement Specialists should have at minimum a Diploma degree in Engineering or Law with a minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience in undertaking procurement activities. Previous experience in the public procurement sector for large infrastructure projects is of high advantage. Knowledge of the implementation agencies administrative regulations is beneficial.
