In general, the Project Engineer qualifications and experience should include the following: at minimum a Diploma (Master) degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant professional experience in implementation of large scale civil / water infrastructure projects. Previous experience in the implementation of water projects is an advantage.
