EBML announced publicly, in anticipation of the economic conditions the country is going through, to pay the water subscription fee for the year 2020 in four installments as follows:

• First installment: before March 31, 2020
  
• The second batch: before May 31, 2020
  
• The third installment: before July 31, 2020
  
• Fourth installment: before the end of a year
  2020

And given the current circumstances, EBML intends to:

• Exempt users from delay penalties on the fees for contributions for the year 2019 and earlier (85%) until December 31, 2020
• Allow installment of allowances overdue for the years prior to 2020 for a period not exceeding December 2022
• Facilitate the process of obtaining new subscriptions for the previous subscribers whose owners still have receivables as they can be paid in installments till December 2022 the latest

•  (78%) of water meter subscriptions
