The responsibilities of the Social Specialist are to ensure that the SEP and grievance mechanism, LMP, ESMP and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) including mitigation measures, monitoring activities, and institutional strengthening-capacity building and training actions is implemented properly and in accordance to national regulations and World Bank ESF throughout the various phases of the project.
